After a decade of successfully running a profitable award-winning social enterprise in Manchester UK, "That Social Entrepreneur" is an initiative that has been set up to support social enterprises on a local, regional, national and international scale. The aim is to mentor, inspire and be a catalyst for social enterprises of the future and ensure that every social enterprise can be sustainable, succeed and impact generations to come.
What does Transformational leadership mean to you?
Transformation leadership is synonymous to 'Servant Leadership'. The goal is to create the right environment for others to harness their strengths and find purpose. As a leader, when you set targets, your responsibility is to build a team of superstars that maximise their giftings to achieve set objectives. In addition to this, creating legacy is also a priority and you do this by developing a team that manages itself to success.
