As the Founder and Managing Director of The People Shop, Chantal Kading brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organisational psychology, and strategic transformation. With a background in Psychology (BSc Hons) and a professional licence as a Psychometrist, she combines behavioural insight with practical leadership expertise. Chantal is also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach and has advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, and leadership mastery under Tony Robbins.

Chantal has led large-scale transformation initiatives, including upskilling and placing over 4,000 unemployed youth in the Western Cape and spearheading a mindset shift programme for the Western Cape Education Department that reached 45,000 teachers and 1.5 million learners. Her passion for developing conscious, purpose-driven leaders and advancing Africa’s leadership capacity aligns perfectly with our programme’s mission.
