As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Excelerated Compliance Networks, Arthea Cloete (née Diergaardt) brings over 15 years of expertise in Quality Management Systems, Governance, and Technical and Vocational Education to the Transformation Leader (T4L) community. She has led national-level projects across Namibia and Zambia, providing advisory support to institutions such as TEVETA, GFA Consulting, and the Namibian Standards Institute.

A PECB-certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Arthea has overseen quality management system overhauls for organisations across sectors, including mining, technology, and professional services. Her work integrates operational excellence with strategic innovation, ensuring that systems not only meet standards but drive sustainable performance.
