As a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance, strategy, and public sector transformation, Colleen Tiny Neo Diswai brings a wealth of expertise to the Transformation Leader (T4L) community.
With a career spanning both the public and private sectors, Colleen has held senior leadership roles across Botswana and beyond, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Public Enterprises Evaluation and Privatisation Agency (PEEPA) and leadership engagements with UNDP’s Private Sector Recovery Programme, Debswana, the Ministry of Agriculture, and CODESRIA in Senegal.
Armed with a BCom, MBA, Certified PPP, and Cert.Dir, Colleen has played a pivotal role in restructuring public institutions, driving privatisation reforms, and designing strategic frameworks that promote accountability and sustainable development. Her work has consistently bridged policy, governance, and socio-economic growth, creating meaningful impact across industries and communities.
