Nine cohorts a year. Max 12 per village cluster. When it's full, it's full.

Accountability Partner
You're leading transformation in an organisation that doesn't fully get it yet. Your accountability partner does. Weekly check-ins with someone in the same room you're in.

Global Community
Digital transformation is happening everywhere. Your village cluster connects you with leaders across industries and time zones who are navigating the same mandate.

Real Results
Badges track your momentum. But what you're really building is the confidence to walk into that room prepared. That's the result that matters.

How it works

Week 1 -2
Leading Self + Peer Match
Most transformation leaders inherit someone else’s failing project and a team that’s already tired. Week 1 resets how you lead under pressure — ownership, accountability, and your internal operating system as a transformation leader. Week 2 matches you with your accountability partner, someone who gets what you’re actually dealing with.
“I was paired with someone leading a transformation in a completely different industry. Turns out the human problems are identical.” – Sarah, cohort ’25
Week 3-4
Leading Through Change + Practical Missions
Transformation projects fail because leaders can’t move stakeholders, navigate resistance, or execute when the plan no longer fits reality. Weeks 3 and 4 get brutally specific — your transformation challenges, broken into missions you execute between sessions. This is where the LIFT framework moves from concept to practice.

"My T4L partner called me out when I made my goal too small. Now I'm actually going for it." - James, cohort '25

Week 5-6
LIFT in Practice + Your Next 90 Days
Week 5 is where it gets real. The moment your organisation most needs from you right now. How do you hold trust while everything is shifting? How do you translate between the humans and the systems? Week 6 is your reflection, your plan, and your next move.
My cohort came out to support my first speaking gig. These aren't just accountability partners—they're my people." - Thabo, cohort '24
Who is it for
This isn't for everyone.
Specifically, it's for mid-career professionals leading digital transformation who weren't given the preparation their organisations should have provided.
Leading change is lonely.
Until now
Choose to close the gap between mandate and readiness. You’re next. Stop walking into that room unprepared.
