What does Transformation Leadership mean to you? 

Transformational leadership is the kind of leadership that bears a strategic outlook to produce a change in the status quo and cause the system and the people to be driven by it to bear a similar strategy.

Transformation, as the name implies, must introduce an optimal change from one level to another. It is one thing to have a vision, but it is important to note that its impact must bring a positive change for the present generation as well as posterity. That is what it takes to be a transformational leader.
