1. Ownership of Content

All content published by Transformation Leader LLC on the website at www.t4leader.com, our apps, our course platforms, our podcast, our social media channels, and all other T4L-operated platforms is the intellectual property of Transformation Leader LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• The LIFT Framework (Leading Self, Innovation and Technology, Fostering Teams, Transforming Business) and all associated materials, assessments, and methodologies

• The 6-Week Power Journey curriculum, materials, workbooks, and programme content

• All course content, workshop slides, handouts, and accompanying resources

• The Shameless Tuesdays Podcast including all episodes, transcripts, artwork, and show notes

• The Transformation Leader name, T4L name, T4Leader name, and all associated logos, trademarks, and branding

• Website copy, blog articles, newsletter content, and social media posts

• All video, audio, and image content produced by or for Transformation Leader

• Ambassador Programme materials, playbooks, and resources

• Enterprise Journey frameworks, diagnostic tools, and reporting templates

• The Transformation Readiness Assessment and all diagnostic instruments

2. Permitted Use

You may share links to our publicly available content. You may quote brief excerpts from our content for non-commercial educational purposes provided you attribute the source clearly as: "Transformation Leader LLC (T4Leader), www.t4leader.com".

Ambassadors and partners who have been expressly authorised in writing may use T4L branded materials within the scope of their authorisation.

3. Prohibited Use

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content in any format

• Sell, license, or commercially exploit any T4L content

• Use T4L content to train, develop, or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or attributions

• Use the T4L name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written consent

• Create derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks or content without written authorisation

4. User-Generated Content

When you contribute content to our platforms, including posts in the Shameless Circle community, comments in course platforms, or responses in community forums, you retain ownership of your original contributions. By contributing, you grant Transformation Leader a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, share, and use that content within our platforms and for promotional purposes related to T4L, including social media posts and testimonials. We will not sell your contributions to third parties.

Podcast guests who record sessions with us grant T4L a licence to publish, distribute, and promote those recordings on all audio and video platforms where the Shameless Tuesdays Podcast is distributed. This is confirmed during the guest application process.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our platforms infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@t4leader.com with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice". Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed

• The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our platform

• Your contact details

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised

• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We will review all notices and respond promptly. We take intellectual property rights seriously.
