About the Role

Drive new revenue by connecting leaders and organizations to T4Leader programs.
Compensation & Targets
Base + Commission with On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,000–$5,000/month.
Monthly revenue target: $11,000 per Sales Representative.
Performance-based accelerators for over-target results.

You will
Build a qualified pipeline via outbound and partner/inbound leads.
Run discovery, demos, and proposals; manage stakeholders to close.
Sell course seats, cohorts, enterprise packages, and webinar partnerships.
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecast weekly, and hit activity KPIs.
Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and with Programs for smooth handoffs.
Log wins/losses and share feedback to improve offers and messaging.

KPIs
New MRR/ARR booked, win rate, average sales cycle, show-rate for demos, and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales (edtech, training, SaaS, or services preferred).

  • Confident with outbound (email/LinkedIn/calls) and consultative discovery.

  • Able to run demos for courses, webinars, and cohort programs; strong objection handling.

  • CRM discipline (Zoho preferred): pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and notes.

  • Comfortable with monthly targets and performance-based compensation.

  • Clear communicator; professional writing for proposals and follow-ups.

  • Bonus: experience selling to HR/L&D, universities, or SMB/mid-market leaders.
