Own product outcomes that improve how leaders learn and connect.
You will:
Lead discovery with learners, ambassadors, and partners; validate problems.
Prioritize roadmaps; write crisp PRDs; align design/engineering.
Launch features with Marketing/Programs; track activation and retention.
Run experiments; prune concepts that don’t deliver impact.
Champion accessibility, reliability, and measurable learning outcomes.

Requirements
3–5 years in Product Management (SaaS, edtech, or platform).
Full lifecycle experience: discovery → PRD → delivery → adoption.
Data-informed; comfortable instrumenting metrics and reading funnels.
Strong UX sensibility; excellent written specs and async comms.
Bonus: LMS/LXP, community platforms, integrations, or analytics.
