About the Role
Provide the single source of truth for growth, learning impact, and revenue—part-time or fractional.
You will:
Define and maintain core KPIs with owners (Marketing, Product, Programs, Partnerships).
Build unified dashboards: traffic → MQL/SQL → revenue; activation/retention; event and community engagement; learning outcomes.
Set up lightweight attribution (UTM hygiene, channel/source views) and cohort analyses for webinars/courses.
Automate data refreshes and alerting; document metric definitions and create simple “how to read this” notes.
Surface weekly insights and “next best test” recommendations.

Requirements
3–5 years in analytics, BI, or data operations (agency, SaaS, or edtech a plus).
Fluency with spreadsheets and one of: SQL/BigQuery, Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau.
Comfortable shaping KPIs and building end-to-end dashboards (marketing → product → programs/revenue).
Experience with attribution, funnel analysis, and cohort/retention metrics.
Ability to automate refreshes and document definitions for non-technical teams.
Clear, concise communicator who can turn data into decisions.
