BUILT FOR
Transforming Business with AI
PILLAR
If your accountability is to deliver business outcomes through an AI rollout
this is for you.
The same business case is read three different ways by three different stakeholders, depending on their AI fluency. The leadership question is no longer whether to roll out. It is whether your transformation survives the rooms it has to walk into.
This isn't a technology strategy course. It is built for the practitioner whose executive sponsors have wildly different definitions of what AI can do, whose vendor partners are shaping board-level perception faster than internal teams, and whose vision sentence is being repeated in three different versions across three layers of management.
Five to fifteen years in. Senior enough to walk into the executive
room. Junior enough to still be writing the memo yourself.
It is also for the leader who has noticed that the resistance they
have been managing as adoption-aversion may actually be
informed risk. And who would rather catch that before it surfaces
in a regulator's inbox or a court filing.
Six things you'll be able to do when this is over:
Not by accident. Not because you read the right book. Because you did
the work in your actual stakeholder rooms.
01
Read the room before you walk into it.
The Door Practice. Asymmetric AI fluency named honestly including the meetings
where you have less fluency than the executive in the room. The vendor narrative
shaping the conversation. The unspoken board-level definition of success. Five days
of logged data on real meetings, not preparation in your head.
02
Build a Connection Blueprint that lands with
the executive who controls the decision.
Four sections: Position, Now, Stake, Survival. Written for one named executive, by role
and ideally name. Anchored to a specific business cycle moment, not generic urgency.
Survival stated in language that executive would actually use about their own work.
Sendable as is.
03
Write a vision sentence that survives 24-hour
recall.
Not the version that lands in the slide deck. The version three independent listeners
can repeat back 24 hours later. 15–20 words. Tested with real listeners, with the recall
data captured honestly including where the sentence failed to travel and what you
revised in response.
04
Distinguish four categories of resistance and
respond to each correctly.
Informed risk. Fear. Identity. Political. Each one needs a different move. Treating all
resistance as a single phenomenon to be overcome is how informed-risk resistance
ends up in court filings. The hardest week of the Journey, structurally placed at the
centre.
05
Score the transformation operating system on
the five rhythms.
Decision cadence. Communication cadence. Escalation discipline. Learning cadence.
Reset trigger. Scored green/amber/red against observable evidence in the past 60
days. With the most-drifted rhythm named, the cause-addressing reset move
designed (not an escalation of the original ambition), and the action booked in the
calendar with named participants.
06
Use AI as a thinking partner, not a crutch.
Six weekly Digital Edge exercises with Claude. You learn to use AI to surface
stakeholder blind spots, pressure-test the Connection Blueprint, audit the vision
sentence against recall, and stress-test the Transformation Memo before submission
while staying critical about which AI suggestions to keep and which to override.
Judgement, not adoption.
Two modules. One arc.
Connection, then operating discipline.
The first two weeks build connection the work that happens before the meeting. The next four weeks build the operating discipline that holds the transformation together after the meeting. They land in this order because the Memo only works if the Blueprint did.
WEEKS 1 — 2 · MODULE 1
The Room You Walk Into
Connection and stakeholder influence under AI
pressure.
You learn the Door Practice and run it before five real
stakeholder meetings, including ones where the AI fluency in the room is asymmetric. You read the vendor narratives shaping executive perception. You write the Connection Blueprint Position, Now, Stake, Survival for one named executive who actually controls the decision. By the end of Week 2, the Blueprint is sendable.
CAPSTONE PART A — CONNECTION BLUEPRINT, WEEK 2
WEEKS 3 — 6 · MODULE 2
Leading the Business
Through AI-Era Change
Four weeks of operating-system work.
You write the vision sentence and test it for 24-hour recall
with three independent listeners. You sit Week 4 — the
resistance reframe, the heaviest week of the Journey and run a category-matched move with a real resister. You score the transformation system on the five rhythms and design a cause-addressing reset. By the end of Week 6, you have a Transformation Memo you can send to your executive sponsor without further editing
CAPSTONE PART B — TRANSFORMATION MEMO, WEEK 6
This is hands-on.
In your actual stakeholder rooms.
Six weeks. Each week roughly the same rhythm. The work happens in the
meetings you are already in not on a worksheet.
Course content
On-demand video and reading. Roughly 60 minutes per week. Watch when it works for you.
Live partner session
60 minutes per week with your Transformation Partner and a small group of fellow practitioners. Where you sense-check the practical with peers before submission. Where the real learning lands.
Weekly practical
One short applied exercise per week, run on your real transformation. The Door Practice Log. The Connection Blueprint. The Vision Sentence Test. The Resistance Reframe. The Drift Heatmap. Six pieces of real work over the Journey.
Digital Edge AI prompt
One AI-assisted reflection prompt per week. Pressure-test your Blueprint, your vision, your resistance read including the parts you have been avoiding. About 20 minutes.
Podcast + check-in
One Shameless Tuesdays episode per week (about 20 minutes), followed by three short questions in the app to confirm you listened. Earns engagement points.
Peer-to-peer
Optional but encouraged. A short call with a peer from your cohort to sense-check what you are about to submit. Many practitioners say this is where the practical actually integrates.
Two gates.
Both have to open.
Most online programmes let you finish by clicking through. This one asks for both engagement (you actually showed up to the work) and competence (you can demonstrate what you've learned in your real transformation).
GATE ONE
Engagement
You earn 40,000 points across the six weeks by participating live partner sessions, podcast check-ins, weekly practicals,
peer-to-peer, the webinar, the Impact Log.
This proves you did the work.
GATE TWO
Demonstration
You complete the Combined Capstone (Connection Blueprint and Transformation Memo, weighted 50%), two real-company case studies (Standard Bank and Safaricom, weighted 30%), and a Practicals Portfolio of six weekly practicals (weighted 20%) marked by your assessor against a clear rubric.
This proves you can do the work.
Both gates have to open. We tell you that up front so you know what you're signing up for.
Real artefacts.
Yours to keep.
This isn't a certificate-and-forget Journey. You walk out with deliverable
work that lives in your transformation long after the cohort closes.
FINALISED WEEK 2
Your Connection Blueprint
One page, four sections Position, Now, Stake, Survival written for one named executive who controls the decision. Anchored to a specific business cycle moment. Survival stated in the executive's own language. Sendable as is, the week after the Journey closes.
FINALISED WEEK 6
Your Transformation Memo
Five sections that integrate the whole Journey: vision (with 24-hour recall data from real listeners), categorised resistance map (with category-matched move per category), drift-heatmap-derived reset moves, the leader's operating cadence across the five rhythms, and the executive ask with a date, a decision, and a consequence of inaction.
SIX PIECES OF APPLIED WORK
Your Practicals Portfolio
One short applied exercise per week, run on your real
transformation. The Door Practice Log. The Connection Blueprint Application. The Vision Sentence Test. The Resistance Reframe. The Drift Heatmap. The Transformation Memo plus Lessons Synthesis. A record of what shifted, and useful evidence for any future career or board conversation.
GENERATED AT COMPLETION
Your Learner Evidence Report
A single document your assessor generates at the end. Captures everything you submitted, the marking against the rubric, the moderator's review, and your final outcome. Yours. Shareable with a manager, recruiter, or future programme.
And though we treat this as the smallest of these things a certificate of completion
confirming you've done this work to a defined standard.
So you can decide if it's
actually for you.
We are direct about what this Journey is not, because most leadership
programmes are too vague to make a clean decision against.
This is not an AI strategy course. We do not teach you how to write an AI strategy or pick a vendor. We teach you how to lead the business transformation that the strategy claims to deliver.
This is not a stakeholder management framework rehash. No power/interest grids. No RACI
templates. The work is in the rooms you are already walking into with the executives you already report to.
This is not for someone looking for affirmation. Naming the meeting where you had less AI fluency than the room, and the resistance you have been misreading as adoption-aversion, is the work.
This is not a passive watch-and-go programme. If you want to scroll videos and call it
development, this isn't it.
This is not for someone who does not yet sit in executive rooms. The Journey assumes you have a stakeholder room to read, an executive sponsor to write to, and a transformation operating system to score. If you are earlier in your career, the Transformation Practitioner Gateway Journey is built for you.

IF THIS LANDS
Six weeks. One Connection
Blueprint. One
Transformation Memo.
A transformation that survives the room.
This is the Journey for the practitioner whose executive sponsors
have stopped repeating the original vision, whose resistance signals
are being misread, and whose operating system is drifting in ways
the dashboards are not catching.
And who would rather fix that before the petition gets filed.
If that's you, we will see you in the room.
