We operate globally, serving individuals and organisations across Africa, the United States, and internationally. Our services include the 6-Week Power Journey, Top Voices Ambassador Membership, Enterprise Organisational Journeys, Coaching, Workshops, Courses, the Shameless Tuesdays Podcast, the Shameless Circle community, webinars, and our digital platforms including the Ambassador App, Partner App, and Transformation Tier App (collectively, "the Services").

• Communications you send us by email, contact forms, WhatsApp, or social media

• Content you contribute to our communities, forums, podcast submissions, or course platforms including posts, comments, poll responses, and reviews

• Survey, assessment, or diagnostic responses including those completed as part of the LIFT Framework assessment or Transformation Readiness tools

• Ambassador application information including your professional background, transformation experience, and references

• Enterprise client information including organisation name, team size, transformation objectives, and billing information

 

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website or use our platforms, we automatically collect:

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and administer the services you have purchased or enrolled in, including courses, coaching sessions, workshops, memberships, and app access

• Manage your account across our platforms including the Ambassador App, Partner App, and Transformation Tier App

• Process payments and send receipts, invoices, and billing communications

• Communicate with you about your enrolment, membership status, upcoming events, and programme content

• Send you marketing communications about T4L programmes, events, and community opportunities where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest

• Personalise your experience including recommended content, courses, or community connections based on your role and interests

• Run the Shameless Circle community, including managing session registrations and WhatsApp community membership

• Produce and distribute the Shameless Tuesdays Podcast, including where guests have given consent for their voice and image to be recorded and published

• Assess and verify Ambassador applications and manage Ambassador relationships

• Provide Enterprise clients with usage and engagement reporting on their enrolled teams

• Conduct internal research and analysis to improve our programmes and platforms

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Protect the security and integrity of our platforms and prevent fraud

 

4. Legal Basis for Processing (for Users in the UK, EU, and EEA)

If you are located in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract: Processing necessary to deliver services you have purchased or enrolled in

• Legitimate Interests: Processing for business operations, community management, security, fraud prevention, and marketing to existing contacts where your interests do not override ours

5. Sharing Your Information

• Technology and platform providers who operate our website, learning management system, CRM (Zoho), email marketing tools, and payment processors, under data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data

• Wix, which hosts our website and course platform, under Wix's data processing terms

• Fireflies.ai, which processes session recordings for coaching and programme delivery purposes

• Firebase or other app infrastructure providers supporting our Ambassador, Partner, and Transformation Tier apps

• Enterprise client administrators who have enrolled their team members, limited to engagement and usage data relevant to their team

• Ambassador programme administrators for the purpose of managing ambassador relationships and communications

• Podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube) where podcast content featuring guests has been published with consent

• Legal and professional advisers where necessary to protect T4L's rights or comply with legal obligations

• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law

We require all third parties to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.

 

6. International Data Transfers

Transformation Leader is based in the United States and operates globally. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and potentially in other countries where our service providers operate.

For transfers from the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. For transfers involving users in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, or other African jurisdictions, we handle your data with the same standards we apply globally and in compliance with applicable local data protection laws including the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) where applicable.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

• Maintain records of completed programmes for credential verification purposes

When you close your account or your membership lapses and is not renewed, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will action this within 30 days subject to any legal retention requirements.

Our standard services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. The Transformation Teens programme is designed for younger participants under adult supervision. If you are under 18 and not participating in Transformation Teens, please do not use our services without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
