Initiatives you would like to bring attention to:

1. Creating the right foundations for success in business: when you're building a business, it can be very tempting to chase rapid growth, quick money, and shiny objects that steal your attention and effort from what really matters. As a coach, I so often see people forgetting the foundations and wondering why they aren't getting great results. Remember that you should always get the basics right first - such as knowing who your customers are and the problems you solve for them, providing excellent service, understanding your financials and how to improve them, empowering your team for success and giving them good reasons to be loyal to you.

To help people get better results, I am doing two things:

2. Amplifying the stories of people helping nature: People are doing amazing things to help wildlife and natural habitats, but most of it goes unnoticed. We are building our charity, Conservation Amplified, and are soon launching a podcast (early August) to share the stories of people who are helping nature and what they're doing. Our goal is to change the culture of humanity to care more about the wild places around them and take more actions to help nature.

What does Transformational leadership mean to you?

To me, Transformational Leadership means understanding the kind of future we want to create and building the required skills, confidence and capabilities to empower people to bring this vision to life. Rather than continuing to do things as they've always been done, it involves striving for a better tomorrow and coming together to work towards a common goal. It's about collective action underpinned by a shared sense of purpose and trust.
