AI was supposed to free leaders' time for higher-order work. In practice, AI has added cognitive load, leaders now triage AI outputs, evaluate AI recommendations, and write prompts on top of their existing workload. This workshop teaches transformation leaders how to redesign their week for the AI-augmented reality, including which AI tools genuinely save time, which add hidden cost, and how to protect the focused thinking that actually drives transformation forward.
