About the Role
Own the product vision and compounding advantage of T4Leader’s ecosystem.
You will:
Set product strategy and success metrics; communicate a compelling roadmap.
Lead PM/design/eng collaboration; insist on quality and pace.
Drive platform integration (LMS, community, analytics) and scalability.
Partner with Execs on pricing, packaging, and impact reporting.
Represent Product with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
7+ years in senior product leadership; track record scaling platforms.
Strategic product visioning plus operational excellence (portfolio management).
Builds high-trust, high-velocity teams; great at coaching PMs.
Strong analytics and UX judgment; comfortable with platform architecture tradeoffs.
Bonus: edtech/LXP, community/creator ecosystems, or two-sided marketplaces.
