About the Role
You’ll turn strategy into campaigns that move leaders to action.
You will:
Schedule and ship social/email campaigns; manage content assets and UTM hygiene.
Support webinar/course launches and ambassador spotlights.
Maintain CRM lists, segments, and simple automations.
Track KPIs; compile weekly learnings and next tests.
Partner with Content on scripts, thumbnails, and hooks.

Requirements
1–3 years in digital marketing or growth coordination.
Hands-on with email, social (esp. LinkedIn/YouTube), and basic CRM.
Strong copy, QA discipline, and calendar/project hygiene.
Comfortable reading dashboards and proposing small tests.
Bonus: Zoho stack (CRM/Campaigns), basic design/video chops.
