About the Role

You’ll be the strategic connector between T4Leader and our partners—owning relationships, outcomes, and growth.

You will:
Lead a portfolio of partners (corporate, nonprofit, university).
Scope programs, co-design campaigns, and ensure flawless delivery.
Build business cases and impact dashboards for renewals/expansion.
Surface new opportunities aligned to T4Leader’s mission and products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Programs, Product, Marketing).

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, client services, or enterprise accounts.

  • Proven record managing strategic relationships end-to-end.

  • Excellent commercial acumen: proposals, SOWs, renewals, upsell.

  • Executive-level communication; strong meeting and workshop facilitation.

  • Comfortable aligning program impact to measurable outcomes and reports.

  • Bonus: experience in leadership development, L&D, consulting, or higher ed.
