As the Founder of Leading through Story (LetS), Ayuma Michelle brings extensive expertise in storytelling, leadership coaching, and strategic communication to the Transformation Leader (T4L) community. With experience coaching over 2,000 women leaders across five continents, she has used the power of authentic storytelling to inspire confidence, visibility, and purpose-driven leadership.

Ayuma has delivered talks on global platforms such as TEDx and The Moth in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and co-produced the acclaimed podcast Her Money Story Africa.
