1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to individual users who access T4L services in a personal capacity, including:

• Individuals who purchase the 6-Week Power Journey or any T4L course

• Top Voices Ambassador Members

• Participants in T4L Coaching programmes

• Workshop attendees

• Members of the Shameless Circle community

• Users of the T4L Ambassador App

• Users of the T4L Transformation Tier App

• Podcast guests on Shameless Tuesdays

• Webinar attendees and free community participants

If you are purchasing T4L services on behalf of an organisation, the Enterprise Terms of Use apply instead.

2. Your Account

​

2.1 Registration

To access most T4L services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@t4leader.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow others to access your account. Account sharing will result in termination of your account without refund.

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use T4L services. The Transformation Teens programme has separate terms and requires parental or guardian consent for participants under 18.

3. Courses and Programme Enrolment

3.1 Access

Upon purchase of a course or programme, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase for self-paced courses, and for the programme duration for cohort-based programmes such as the 6-Week Power Journey.

3.2 Cohort Programmes

The 6-Week Power Journey runs in scheduled cohorts. Your enrolment is for a specific cohort. If you are unable to attend your scheduled cohort, you may request a transfer to a future cohort subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days notice before the cohort start date. Transfers are permitted once per purchase.

3.3 Course Content

All course materials, frameworks, tools, and resources provided as part of T4L programmes remain the intellectual property of Transformation Leader LLC. You may use these materials for your own professional development. You may not share, reproduce, resell, or distribute T4L course materials without written permission.

4. Ambassador Membership

​

4.1 Top Voices Ambassador Membership

The Top Voices Ambassador Membership is an annual membership at the current published price. Membership grants access to the T4L Ambassador App, Ambassador community, exclusive content, member events, and the benefits listed on the Ambassadors page at the time of purchase.

4.2 Renewal

Ambassador Membership renews annually. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before your renewal date. You may cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year. Cancellation after the renewal date does not entitle you to a refund of the annual fee already charged.

4.3 Ambassador Conduct

As an Ambassador, you represent T4L in your professional community. You agree to act in a manner consistent with T4L's values and not to misrepresent your Ambassador status or T4L's products and services. T4L reserves the right to terminate Ambassador membership for conduct that is harmful to the T4L community or brand.

5. Coaching Services

T4L coaching is delivered as a 5-session focused engagement. Sessions are 60 minutes each. Sessions must be scheduled and used within 12 weeks of purchase. If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited unless cancelled due to genuine emergency circumstances. Unused sessions after 12 weeks are forfeited without refund unless extension has been agreed in writing.

6. Ambassador App, Partner App, and Transformation Tier App

T4L operates mobile and web applications for specific user groups. By downloading or accessing these apps, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose as an Ambassador, Partner, or Transformation Tier member

• Not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app

• Not use the app to scrape data or access information beyond what is available to you through your user account

• Report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or issues to info@t4leader.com rather than exploiting them

App access is tied to your active membership or programme enrolment. Access will be removed if your membership or enrolment expires or is terminated.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout, processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the amount agreed at the time of purchase.

7.2 Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in purchasing T4L programmes. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 6-Week Power Journey: Full refund if requested more than 7 days before your cohort start date. No refund after the cohort has begun.

• Individual Courses (self-paced): Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

• Ambassador Membership: No refund after the membership period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

• Coaching: Refund of unused sessions if cancellation is requested before the third session. No refund after the third session.

• Workshops: Full refund if cancelled more than 5 business days before the workshop date. No refund for cancellations within 5 business days.

To request a refund, contact info@t4leader.com with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Users in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer rights may have additional rights not limited by this policy.

7.3 Pricing Changes

T4L reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made. We will give reasonable notice of price changes before they take effect.

8. Community Standards

T4L operates community spaces including the Shameless Circle, Ambassador community, and programme cohort groups. All community members agree to:

• Treat other members with respect regardless of background, nationality, religion, gender, or professional level

• Not share other members' personal information outside the community without their consent

• Not use T4L community spaces to promote competing products or services without prior agreement

• Not post content that is discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, or harmful

• Keep confidential any sensitive information shared by other members in community sessions.

• ​

T4L reserves the right to remove any member from community spaces for conduct that violates these standards, without refund of membership fees.

9. Podcast Guests

If you appear as a guest on the Shameless Tuesdays Podcast, you agree that the recording of the session may be published and distributed on all platforms where the podcast is available including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others. You grant T4L a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the recording for promotional purposes. If you wish to withdraw a recording after publication, contact shameless@t4leader.com. We will consider withdrawal requests but cannot guarantee removal from all third-party distribution platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T4L's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of T4L services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to T4L in the 12 months preceding the claim. T4L is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

T4L's programmes develop leadership capabilities and provide knowledge, frameworks, and community support. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary changes, or organisational results from participation in our programmes. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application.

11. Termination

T4L may suspend or terminate your account and access to services if you breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in conduct harmful to the T4L community. We will give you notice where practicable. Upon termination you will lose access to your course content and community platforms. You will not be entitled to a refund except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Users in other jurisdictions retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of T4L services after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance.
