About the Role

Own a portfolio of strategic partners and ensure outcomes from scope → launch → impact → renewal.
You will:
Lead enterprise/university relationships; align goals, KPIs, and success plans.
Draft SOWs and run delivery with Programs, Product, and Marketing.
Build executive-level QBRs and impact dashboards; drive expansion.
Identify new opportunities and co-create campaigns and events with partners.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in senior product leadership; track record scaling platforms.

  • Strategic product visioning plus operational excellence (portfolio management).

  • Builds high-trust, high-velocity teams; great at coaching PMs.

  • Strong analytics and UX judgment; comfortable with platform architecture tradeoffs.

  • Bonus: edtech/LXP, community/creator ecosystems, or two-sided marketplaces.
