About the Role
You’ll own the storytelling engine for T4Leader—turning insights into narratives that spark action.
You will:
Run our multi-platform editorial calendar (web, newsletter, social, YouTube scripts).
Craft thought leadership with our founders, ambassadors, and partners.
Produce case studies, spotlights, campaign copy, and course-adjacent content.
Maintain voice/tone guidelines and raise the editorial bar across teams.
Use analytics to iterate—ship, learn, refine.

Requirements
3–5 years in content, communications, or editorial strategy.
Portfolio demonstrating long-form, short-form, and video/script storytelling.
Strong research, interviewing, and developmental editing skills.
Comfort shaping executive thought leadership (LinkedIn, keynote outlines, reports).
Fluency with content calendars, SEO fundamentals, and analytics.
Cross-functional collaborator; thrives in hybrid/remote, multi-time-zone teams.
Bonus: experience in leadership development, edtech, or community storytelling.
