About the Role

Own the lifecycle of our Ambassador network, community engagement, and live events—from activation to renewal.
You will:
Run the 12-month Ambassador journey: onboard, drive deliverables (blogs, webinars, spotlights), track KPIs, and manage renewals.
Produce monthly webinars and signature events (StreamYard): briefs, run-of-show, speaker prep, tech checks, hosting/moderation, post-production handoff.
Partner with Content on spotlights, YouTube repurposing (clips/shorts), and social moments.
Coordinate podcast guesting/outreach calendars and partner spotlights.
Maintain community rhythms: peer sessions, challenges, office hours, and feedback loops.
Report on engagement (MAU, posts/member), event attendance, content output, and NPS; propose experiments to lift results.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in community management, programs, or events (virtual + in-person).

  • Proven experience running cohorts, creator/ambassador programs, or member communities.

  • Strong facilitation and operations skills; can manage timelines, speakers, and stakeholders.

  • Hands-on with event platforms (StreamYard/Zoom), community/LMS tools, and basic CRM usage.

  • Excellent copy and comms for invites, run-of-show, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Data-aware: track MAU, attendance, NPS, content contributions, renewals.

  • Bonus: experience with podcast booking/coordination or PR.
