The Resilient Leadership session is the next step in the Transformation Teens Program, designed to help young leaders develop the emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence needed to navigate challenges, lead with empathy, and thrive in any environment. In this session, teens explore the power of emotional intelligence—understanding how emotions shape their actions, how to build resilience in tough situations, and how to turn setbacks into growth opportunities.
