T4LEADER
About the Role
As a Transformation Leader Volunteer, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven network working to redefine leadership across continents. You’ll gain practical experience, exposure, and mentorship while directly contributing to measurable impact.
You will:
Support T4Leader projects including webinars, ambassador engagement, and learning events.
Assist in producing leadership content, social media storytelling, or research initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to record and document success stories in the Impact Log — showcasing how T4Leader programs are improving lives.
Help track engagement metrics and milestones that align with the 1 million lives impact mission.
Engage participants, ambassadors, and partners to collect insights, feedback, and case studies for the Impact Log.
Participate in regular check-ins and leadership development sessions.

Requirements
Deep passion for leadership, learning, and social impact.
Commitment to T4Leader’s vision of impacting 1 million lives by 2026 through education, transformation, and leadership development.
Availability to contribute at least 5–10 hours per week remotely.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take initiative, learn fast, and work independently.
Access to a stable internet connection and willingness to use productivity tools.
Bonus: prior volunteer, leadership, or ambassador experience, or background in marketing, events, or community engagement.
