Ikigai Diagram Exercise:

Draw your own ikigai diagram with the four circles: passion, mission, vocation, and profession. Write down at least two things that fit into each category and identify where they overlap. Reflect on what adjustments you can make in your work or life to better align with your ikigai.

Joy in the Small Things:

Choose one repetitive or mundane task in your daily routine and make a conscious effort to approach it with joy and purpose. Reflect on how this changes your perspective and share your experience with the group.
