About the Role
You’ll keep our team healthy, compliant, and growing.
You will:
Run recruiting pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Orchestrate onboarding; maintain handbooks, policies, and HR files.
Coordinate performance/feedback cadences and development stipends.
Support engagement, DEI, and well-being initiatives.
Partner with Finance/Ops on benefits and contractor management.

Requirements
2–4 years in HR/People Operations (recruiting through off-boarding).
Familiar with U.S. compliance basics and distributed/remote team practices.
Strong interviewing, candidate experience, and onboarding design.
Systems: ATS/HRIS, documentation, policy drafting, feedback cycles.
High EQ, confidentiality, and a builder mindset.
Bonus: L&D program coordination or facilitation.
